Chris and David welcome you to our small, family run guest house, offering accommodation, which is suitable for business, or pleasure and offers a high standard of personal and friendly service.

     The comfortable rooms all have washbasin, colour TV, clock, radio and well-stocked hospitality tray. Our prices reflect the fact that we do not have en-suite facilities but shower and toilets are located just along the landing.

     We serve a full English breakfast, which is freshly cooked, special diets are catered for and all are served at separate tables.

     Ironing and hair drying facilities are provided along with a selection of reading books and speciality teas for you to relax with.

     We are open all year and situated just off the A259 making us an ideal base for touring glorious Sussex. The house is approximately 180 yds. from the sea with some of our rooms having sea views. Close by are the amenities of Beach House Park and its famous bowling greens, the Aquarena and paddling pool. The excellent shopping centre is just 15 minutes walk away and a regular bus service to Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth passes the end of the road.
